La Torche
La Torche is Brittany's most famous wave spot, a rocky point at the southern end of the long Audierne Bay. It picks up consistent Atlantic swell and works in westerly winds, making it a wave-riding reference in France. Best suited to experienced riders when the swell is up.

Penthièvre
Penthièvre sits on the narrow isthmus of the Quiberon peninsula, with a sheltered bay on one side and the open ocean on the other. The bay side offers shallow, flat water that is ideal for beginners and freestylers, while the ocean side serves up waves for the more adventurous.
