Kitesurfing Spots in Cataluña
Cataluña has three kitesurfing spots on Kitemap. Here they are with wind conditions and the current wind for each.
-
Castelldefels
Castelldefels is Barcelona's local kite spot, a long sandy beach just south of the city with a dedicated kite zone. The typical wind is the south-westerly Garbí thermal breeze, which brings steady, moderate conditions ideal for learning and freeriding on summer afternoons.

Delta de l'Ebre - El Trabucador

Sant Pere Pescador
Sant Pere Pescador, in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, is one of Catalonia's best kite beaches. The northerly Tramuntana delivers strong side-shore wind, while summer sea breezes give gentler conditions that are perfect for learning. A long sandy beach with campsites and schools right on the spot.
