Kitesurfing Spots in Canarias

Canarias has two kitesurfing spots on Kitemap. Here they are with wind conditions and the current wind for each.

   Fuerteventura - Flag Beach

   Flag Beach, just outside Corralejo on Fuerteventura's north coast, is the island's best-known kite spot. The north-easterly trade winds blow reliably from spring to autumn, with flat-to-choppy water inside and small waves further out, and views across to Lobos Island.

   Fuerteventura - Sotavento

   Sotavento, on Fuerteventura's south-eastern Jandía coast, is a world-famous stretch of sand where a shallow lagoon forms against the beach at high tide. The accelerated trade winds and the lagoon's flat water host world championship events every summer, while the open sea offers chop and waves for freeriders.
