Kitesurfing Spots in Andalucía

Andalucía has two kitesurfing spots on Kitemap. Here they are with wind conditions and the current wind for each.

   Tarifa - Playa de los Lances

   Playa de los Lances is Tarifa's main kite beach, a long stretch of white sand at the meeting point of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. The spot works in both the strong easterly Levante and the steadier westerly Poniente, which is why Tarifa is called the wind capital of Europe. Busy in summer, with kite schools everywhere.

   Tarifa - Valdevaqueros

   Valdevaqueros is Tarifa's second famous kite beach, a wide sandy bay backed by a huge dune a few kilometres north-west of town. It picks up the Levante even harder than Los Lances and offers chop and small waves, with plenty of space and several kite schools on the beach.
