Comporta is a wide, sandy beach known for hosting kite competitions. The conditions are great for freeride, especially with a big swell in summer. Off-season, south-westerly storms bring larger waves, and the steady wind makes it a favorite for kiters.

Costa Vicentina
Costa Vicentina, a wild and rugged coastline between Sines and Sagres, offers epic kite and windsurf conditions, particularly for experienced riders. The best conditions are during summer, with notable wave spots like Vila Nova and Odeceixe. In winter, north-westerly winds prevail, along with larger swell.
